Emergency First Response (EFR) Course – Primary & Secondary Care
The Emergency First Response (EFR) course is a CPR and First Aid training program required for the PADI Rescue Diver Course but also useful for anyone wanting essential life-saving skills.
Course Overview
Covers both Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid).
No diving experience needed (open to everyone).
Can be taken before, during, or after the PADI Rescue Diver theory and pool sessions.
Duration: 1 day (5-6 hours).
Certification Validity: 24 months (renewable).
