Confined Water (Pool) Training – Hands-on Rescue Skills
Conducted in a swimming pool or confined water with a certified PADI Instructor.
Focuses on:
Approaching and assisting a distressed diver
Responding to divers in panic
Rescuing unconscious divers underwater and at the surface
Performing in-water rescue breaths
Towing an unresponsive diver
Exit techniques from water
Duration: 1-2 days (typically 4-6 hours per session).
