If you want to complete the PADI Underwater Photographer Specialty but only in a pool setting, you can still learn essential photography techniques without open water dives. This is great for practicing before taking your camera into the ocean.

Course Overview

Learn to use an underwater camera in a controlled pool environment.

Practice buoyancy control while taking photos.

Understand lighting, color correction, and camera settings underwater.

Suitable for compact cameras, GoPros, and DSLRs with underwater housings.

Duration: 1 day (2-3 hours).
Certification Validity: Lifetime (though full certification may require open water sessions).

Prerequisites:
✔ PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent) OR a PADI Skin Diver certification for pool-only training.
✔ Minimum age 10 years.
