  • Types:

    • Great Barracuda (Sphyraena barracuda) – Largest species, aggressive hunter
    • Guachanche Barracuda (Sphyraena guachancho) – Found in the Atlantic, medium-sized
    • Yellowstripe Barracuda (Sphyraena chrysotaenia) – Smaller species, common in Indo-Pacific
    • Blackfin Barracuda (Sphyraena genie) – Forms large schools, found in reefs

Great Barracuda

Guachanche Barracuda
